How long will my repair take?

Most standard repairs and services are completed within 3–5 working days. More complex jobs such as engine rebuilds may take longer — we'll always give you an estimated turnaround when you drop off your equipment.

What brands do you work on?

We work on all major brands of petrol and diesel-powered garden equipment, including Husqvarna, Honda, Briggs & Stratton, Kawasaki, Stiga, Mountfield, Flymo, and more. If you're unsure whether we can help with your brand, just get in touch.

What types of equipment do you service?

We service and repair all petrol-powered garden equipment, including lawn mowers, ride-on mowers, strimmers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and pressure washers.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes — all our repair work comes with a 30-day warranty. If the same fault reoccurs within 30 days of collection, we'll fix it at no additional charge.

How do I drop off my equipment?

Simply bring your equipment to us during opening hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm). We recommend contacting us in advance so we can expect you and give you an initial assessment on arrival.

Do you offer collection and delivery?

We are looking into offering a collection and delivery service in the future. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements. I can transport smaller equipment, but larger, ride-on equipment may require special arrangements.

How much will my repair cost?

All repairs begin with a diagnostic check, which is a £50 flat fee. Once we've assessed the fault, we'll provide you with a full quote before any work begins — so there are no surprises. Our standard labour rate is £50 per hour, and the diagnostic fee is subtracted from your total.

Can I get a quote before dropping off?

For common issues we can often give a rough estimate over the phone or email. For an accurate quote, we recommend bringing the equipment in for a diagnostic assessment.
